Content management Control Panel PHP

Hi I want to adapt or convert this web page [[login to view URL]][1] with content management software in some parts of the web page. . Please read carefully. 1-The following sections appear on the home page menu and I want those sections texts to be control by a content management control panel so I can change the text and update the web page imediately. When the Cupon r promotion is working and if a user double click the cupon a small window must open and show the promotion text and if it is possible a bottom so they can print the cupon or promotion. This can be located on a Banner we will design or two banners or 3 banners and place them on the home page. Right now there are 2 promotions on the home web page.
