Company Website Overhaul-Upgrade

We are in need of someone to redesign our company web site. Previously done with Microsoft Front Page. Would like to utilize Joomla or some other system to to allow for easy modifications of information on the pages. -Site to contain approximately 25 pages. -Also to contain secured pages for clients with passwords to log into to gain access to their files. -Must be able to design and implement site onto our current hosting site. -Will need to instruct on how to update pages after site is completed. -Site to contain a couple of forms. -Make 4-5 banner ads for implementation into web site and use elsewhere on the web. -all pages should be viewable without scrolling left/right. -Winning bidder must have good design ability. -We are open to creativity! We have our logo and that's about it! -Final Site must be error free and professionally polished. -Recommendations/Installation of Joomla 1.5 Components and modules -Would like to be able to incorporate a Microsoft Access dbase (which we currently have client info in) into the web site for clients to be able to log in and view their information only in a report form. -Would like to see some flash on introduction home page -Must be able to show mock up of designs prior to implementing site. -Must be able to be in daily communication until the project is completed. -Site should be completed and fully operational within 30 day of awarding the bid. -We will supply information to be included on pages, can supply some images, but would like winning bidder to be able to secure related images if necessary. -This is a work in progress, so there maybe some additional items which may need to be added, which I have not included here. If Service Provider has any rights to the Work Product that are not owned by Buyer upon creation or embodiment, Service Provider hereby automatically upon receipt of payment from Buyer irrevocably assigns to such Buyer all right, title and interest worldwide in and to such Work Product. Service Provider retains no rights to use the Work Product and agrees not to challenge the validity of Buyer's ownership in the Work Product.
