Clan website upgrade

Our clan website is looking for someone to take it from a very average website into a professional looking website for a modest price. We are using PHP-Nuke, phpBB forum, Coppermine image gallery among other free tools. (develop the graphics as well as flash animation) 2) Improve upon the graphics of the existing banner, and animate it with the radioactive green theme around the "harms way" and the eyes of the skeleton 3) Integrate the Coppermine image gallery into the php site, and skin Coppermine to match the radioactive green theme 4) Install mediawiki into the website and skinned to match the radioactive green theme (if possible?) 5) Install the phpbb flash hack 6) Install an event-calendar type program that will allow all members to sign up on an event that an admin creates.
