Auction site with live video and applet(repost)

Need an auction site similiar to eBay but with a twist. Auction items can go to "live" auction, where they are webcasted over the Internet and registered bidders can bid live using an applet that has video, still pics, a bidding button with ability to increase bid amount. The starting bid on the live auction should be the price that the item got to in the static bidding prior to the auction and if the item does not sell (reserve or otherwise) it goes back to the standard online auction until the add expires. If bids are received during the live auction, it goes back at the price that the live auction brought it up to. THe auctioneer also needs a monitor application that shows the bids placed and has a close button that can be pressed to close the item at the sold bid. Bids should be able to be done by auction personnel representing buyers as well as Internet [login to view URL] system needs the usual accounting, verification and payment mechanisms. Platform and design should be done with low cost of ownership and high expandibility. Prefer an app that is C, cold fusion or a fast compiled application that can handle simultaneous users in the thousands. Video streaming, applet and application can be different servers, but must work together in the bidders applet. We need similiar functions to ebay and bidspotter.com. The major change is the capability to have the items go to "live" auction, whereas a person would auction the item viewable through streaming video and in an applet that bidders could use to see video, static pictures, text updates and live bids as they are made along with bidding buttons that show the current bid and they have plus /minus buttons to increase the bid and place the bid, a chat function to chat with auction staff is also needed.
