Adult Contest Website

We would like to create an Adult oriented website that is all contests. Photo contests, video contests and essay/with photo contests. We have been working on a site already, but have had nothing but problems with the coder, so I am thinking we need to restart. It was going to be a full adult matchmaker site, but we already run one of those and really want to just focus on contests that are open to the public (tamer photos and videos) and a member section of the site for the really hardcore photos. Yes, we need to accept money from people who join and remain. We would like a message board and maybe instant messaging for the members. This will be the fantasy of the year contest that will include an essay, a photo and an agreement to be in an x-rated video. Other monthly contests will be themed and allow for members to vote and comment (again, look at [login to view URL]) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and make a fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Whatever works best?
