cookies in php

Hey, I need a few changes to a site with some php content. here's what i'm looking for. First) Visit <[login to view URL]>. You will see an "age" verification script written in php, first off, I need a few little changes to it. I need an option for "english / french" and each language selection goes to a different page.. also, when a user originally fills out their date of birth (ex: Jan 07 1985 ) the script will REMEMBER that date of birth, and the next time that user comes to the site it will bypass the script and put them right into the main site (with the appropiate language too).. Second) Once again, go to <[login to view URL]> again and type in your date of birth.. and once you get into the site you can see that there are two text boxes.. one for a username and one for a password.. I also need a couple changes to that aswell. When a user enters a username/password that WORKS.. they can enter the site and browse the selections.. now.. when the user leaves the page and comes back at a later date, I want the username and password to be stored there in the text boxes.. so the user just has to click "login" and badda boom their in! So I need the age verification script to remember your age and language and bypass you after you've originally selected it.. and I need the username/password to stay in the text boxes after a successful login by a user.. I hope someone can help me out!
