content writer needed

we would like to hire an offshore coder or a few coders to work on regular writing for our Internet Site. The work could prove to be a full time amount of work over time if the individual proves themselves. I need a bid per article. The $5000 amount indicated is what the individual could make long term with our operation doing writing. we have a few different sites and there is alot of articles to be writen. The articles would need to be writen to optomize certain key word phrases for the search engines within the text. Also please quote a price to re:write an article. We have press releases that we publish regularly that have to be re:written so that the search engines do not see what we are posting as duplicate content. these will need to be re-written as many as several hundred times. The content is there - they just need a lot of re-wording and reorganizing the order of the paragraphs and lines so as to not be read by the robot as the same.
