bbpress install

I am looking to have bbpress installed so as to function as a page within WP. It will need to be integrated with the host WP install so as to have a single user database. In short, I'm looking for a support forum solution that functions very much like the support forum at [login to view URL] (which also uses bbpress). The exceptions are users need to have a TinyMCE style interface and the ability to be notified via email when a response is posted. I am using the inFocus theme from [login to view URL] I've done this sort of bbpress install myself but it always slows the site down to a crawl. I'll need a quote with flat fee cost and estimated time of completion. Please let me know if you need additional information to complete a quote.
