automatic vacuum maker and maintain machine

Am looking for a machine that can autoamtically make/create a vacuum in a box measured about 10x10x10 cm (or 4x4x4 inches). The machine should automatically create a vacuum of about 0.15 bar - and once this vacuum falls to about about 0.20 bar - then the machine should automatically re-create vacuum of about 0.15 bar. The machine does not have to be particular acccutate (plus/minus 15% accurate is ok). Please write what prior experiecne you have with making vacuum devices - give specific examples, please. Your bid must include 75 usd for expected shipping by Fedex or UPS to me. the most important factor is that this machine can be made for less than 28 usd in parts. the parts should be easily obtainable if I wish to have made more devices.
