application to connect to sms api

Development in PHP/Mysql Http Post/get sms application according to our setup to connect to our sms api's. Outside the admin panel there is no webfront. <=== Admin Section ====> - upload list with mobile numbers from xl file - Store numbers in database. - Send bulk sms via http post to 1 or selected list of numbers from database. - Statistics on all incoming and outgoing sms traffic. - store text from incoming/outgoing messages - Via admin be able to update our outgoing message text. <=== END ====> <=== Application START ===> - Game with subscription service: - The system receives an sms and communicates with enduser to play the game. - All communication outgoing and incoming over our sms api using http post. <=== END ====> <=== System ===> - API-Connect for incoming/outgoing messages. - SMSApplication itself (in this case a simple game but in the future all other applications made use same API-Connect) - Admin Section which can manipulate SMSapplication settings/Text + DB STATS + Upload section for new lists - DB contains: Incoming Table - Outgoing Table - Text Messages Table - Members Table - Blacklist Table - Stats Table (stats can be retrieved from db using a php script or are immediately stored inside a seperate table) <=== END ====> Selected bidder: - Will receive detailed description of application flow (nothing complex,simple if-then) - Is a company with multiple coders - Will pass on the source files. - Will do this job in a couple of days. (No all too complex) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
