Detroit Events Contact Project

This project requires the gathering of information for the top 50 or 100 organizers of cultural events in a specific metropolitan area. The following information is required: 1) Organization name 2) Organization website (URL) 3) Contact name (if possible) 4) Contact email address 5) Event/Activity Category 6) A one-line description of the Organization An excel spreadsheet for the City of Seattle is provided for purposes of illustration. An additional spreadsheet has been formatted and labeled with the name of the major metropolitan area for this project. The following event/activity categories are available for selection: Art Galleries Arts Business Associations Centers/Arenas Clubs Community Museum Music (Live - Nightclubs/Bars) Non-profit Sports (These are provided in the attached excel workbook for this project) Please note: All of the venues/organizations submitted for this project must have events calendars readily available from their site to be a valid entry. In addition, all work must be completed with in the time frame allotted. No extensions will be provided! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP Microsoft Excel
