Design Internet enabled microcontroller module to get info from website & display on LED/LCD

I need a design for a system using market available microcontrollers / modules that: - Connects to RJ45 (Ethernet) cable in always online mode - Connects to Internet to get data from my website - Data is a plain text in my predefined format, like this: key1 - value1 key2 - value2 key3 - value3 etc - Display that data to a display panel (LED/LCD)

To all bidders, I got so much of questions without bid price. I try to clarify more detail to answer all of you. - Power source: As you seen, the device would connect to Internet in always on mode, so it should not use battery. I don't care if it support battery but I assume it uses an adapter like other computer devices (modem, switch etc) - LCD size: I don't know if it affect your design? In production release, it may vary from graphics or text/line based display. It may be color or monochrome, I see the better quality, the high price. - Interface: RJ45 to connect to Internet, Wireless is an option, USB/RS232 to connect to PC to update firmware & put settings, Interface to LCD/LED panel, to external RAM module if needed etc... - Workflow: + Connect to the website by using HTTP or TCP/IP protocol, by an interval. + Get data in for in plain well formatted text + Process/store data to display to panel. + Button/remote control to refresh/reconnect etc - The device cost to build should be lesser than $100 each. The low price the better. You may have to code the firmware. - Bid price range: I expect to pay below $500. I see there are existing some available modules on the market could do exactly my need. So the development cost should not be too high. Thanks all.
