Default homepage

I require a default holding page designing similar to <[login to view URL]> for new websites. I would like the new domain name be dynamically generated from the URL in a similar format eg "[login to view URL]" not <[login to view URL]>. This way I can use the same page for all domains with no editing. The page will be named [login to view URL] and will be the default page of any new websites. The page must be standalone - therefore all references to images etc will I assume have to be in the form of http:// references.
