Dating Website Unfinished.

Coder MUST have either Yahoo messanger or AOL messanger that he can be contected on DAILY Ok what i have here is a dating website. It is fully operational. Now i need it to LOOK like a website. right now all it is, is a skeleton basic structure. It has no template no css file nothing. I need the coder to make few alterations for the php code that i will providing. this is the script (running) **[login to view URL] ** this is admin panel **[login to view URL]** User: test Pass: test i will send coder the script when i get in touch with him. ok here is what i need. 1: Make it LOOK like a website. make 2 templates with diffrent layouts. One of the layouts MUST look like [[login to view URL]][1] use their graphics to make your layout. Second layout you can make your self. with your own simple images . i will be changing them later. (no flashing no moving images.) easy. So basic two templates. one that looks like [login to view URL] another how you want it. as long as it looks proffesional. 2: alterations to the script code. (simple stuff) aligning few things and makeing things more compact. i will explain when i get in touch with the coder. i would prefer some one close to my Time zone. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
