Customize templates for amember membership software

I need somebody to customize the templates of the [[login to view URL]][1] membership software that is installed on our website so it has the same look and feel of our site.
This would involve inserting header graphics into the templates and changing the wording on some templates as well as the layout of the login, signup and index pages.
The person we are looking for would already have experience working with the amember software and page templates and would be able to easily and quickly complete this task.
There would also be the opportunity for ongoing work as other needs arise in making changes and updates to the amember membership site.

1) Complete and fully-functional working pages uploaded and working properly on our website as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
