Customer frontend

We want to outsource the development of the "community" free services. What we will outsource: * Customer sign in (actually some 30% is done) * Customer preference/profile area * Customer library * Customer Social Network * Service Shopping The social network, at this stage, should be a basic forum area, but in time it will have to grow toward something more in the lines of LinkedIn. The Library is in fact a "bookmark" area where both staff and customers can contribute links. This is a first version of the site and will have to be released in two modules: **Step 1** * Sign In * Preference/Profile * Social Network "Forum" **Step 2** * Library * Service Shopping (shopping cart and payment checkout) * Social Network "Expert Exchange" *<----- Added 20/02/2007 ----->* What we will provide: * Database Layout * HTML Templates * Graphics * Whatever code has already been written ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
