Custom Cisco CallManager Express B-ACD Tcl Script Modification

I currently have 2 Tcl Scripts that were included with the purchase of Cisco CallManager Express. The first Tcl script is called [login to view URL] (The Auto Attendant Script) and [login to view URL] (The Call Queuing Script). The current functionality of these scripts is that the Auto Attendant script forwards a caller to a specific Call Queue based on which Auto Attendant pilot number (the pilot number is set with the aa-pilot parameter in the configuration utility) that the caller dialed. The caller stays in the Queue until the maximum time call retry (the max-time-call-retry parameter is set in the configuration utility) has expired. At this point the caller is forwarded from the specific Queue to the voicemail mailbox extension that was related to the Auto Attendant that forwarded the caller to that queue, the voicemail extension is set in the Auto Attendant script with the voice-mail parameter using the configuration utility. I dont want to change this functionality I just want the caller to be able to press 1 while in the queue and be forwarded to voicemail immediatly. The existing Tcl scripts are attached to this Bid Request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working scripts(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Cisco CallManager Express.
