On PO means On Purchase Order. (Total of BAL quantity). On SO means On Sales Order. Available means On SO - On Hand. (Available to sell) Actual means On PO - (On SO + On Hand) * I have linked Table 1 & Table 2 by Item No. I need to get a formula that will show POs that add up to the available quantity. Then hide the rest of the POs. I know it won't be very useful without the database but the database it too large to send out. This is better than nothing! I have an idea as to how the formula would work. In a temp field, you would keep adding "On PO" until you hit the absolute value of the "available quantity" record. If "Available quantity" is a positive number then the record would be suppressed. ## Platform Crystal Reports.
