Contextual Link System – link brokerage

Contextual Link System ??" link brokerage I need to have a 'text link brokerage' developed. This should be a fully automated system that can place ‘contextual text links’ with clean html anchors (no redirects) on words that already exist with a publishers to, to the advertisers site. This project is to create a site that is essentially functionally and very similar to [login to view URL] and http://www [login to view URL] Please have a look at this site and quote me for creating a functionally similar site, with integrated affiliate system. Functional Requirements 1. Publisher Console ??" publishers manage their profile, ad space, and earnings 2. Advertiser Console ??" advertisers manage their profile, adverts and billing 3. Admin Console ??" admin can control pricing, email all or groups, and other things later 4. Automatic Billing by Paypal (scalable to credit card later), on the 1st of each month, all advertisers should be bill for links. On the 28th of each month, all publishers and affiliated should be paid. I would like to be able to control these dates though admin panel 5. 2 tier Affiliate System ??" the tracking url should 301 redirect to the root once tracking is complete. The cookie should be 30 days. please see attached doc for more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
