This project is the basic configuration of MS Exchange 2007. We currently have the following domains which use POP mail service today:
The project is to migrate [login to view URL] in phase I, then [login to view URL] in phase II.
Platform
MS Exchange 2007
Windows Server 2008 R2
Active Directory
Outlook 2007 IIS Server
Phase I - [login to view URL]
The current AD domain is '[login to view URL]'. This is an INTERNAL use domain only. It is not to be the external domain for mail, which should remain physicians-billing.com.
Mail service is currently hosted by godaddy.com. Users use POP to download email into outlook 2007. There are approximately 8 user email addresses, and 5 'forwarding' email addresses.
We would like the following features installed
- User email accounts as described above
- ActiveSync
- OWA (in addition to Outlook 2007 clients)
- Public file folders
- Public Contacts (for shared contacts)
- Public calendar for 1 conference room
Once configured, final migration will occur over a weekend to minimize email disruption during business hours.
Phase II - [login to view URL]
On the same exchange server, migration of email users on this domain. They will maintain use of the '[login to view URL]' domain as a separate email domain.
Service is currently hosted on google gmail. There are again 6-8 user accounts, and 3-5 'forwarding' accounts.
Functionality is to be the same as physicians-billing.
The Public folders, contacts and calendars should be shared across BOTH domains.
Once configured, final migration will occur over a weekend to minimize email disruption during business hours.
Access
I will provide RDP access to the physical server over the internet with a user/pasword that has adminstrative rights.
## Deliverables
