Full Portal/Community Website
Description: We are looking to launch a series of technology related portal/community sites that integrate a variety of different mediums.
This first portal/community site will form the basis for the rest of the sites to follow. The site to be constructed must be produced in a manner that allows for replication and duplication of the framework ??" the site should be modular and use a template system. The site should also leverage total CMS integration.
The following aspects should be included in the site:
1) Entrance page ??" (Simple and clean)
2) Blog(s) ??" For editorial content, dynamic content through site as well
3) Forum ??" For user generated content
4) Store (for affiliate sales) ??" Checkout functionality not necessary
5) Wiki ??" For user generated content
6) News section (ability to import rss feeds a must) ??" Press releases and syndicated content
7) Email newsletter integration ??" Ability to hook-in and integrate with email send programs
8) Job Board ??" Paid job postings and opportunities

Platform: The site must be built on one of the following platforms (or a combination of platforms with seamless integration):
1) Wordpress
2) Joomla
3) Xoops
Website must be accessible through all web browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera, etc.) and must comply with the WC3 web standards.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
