Coin Price Comparison Search Engine

I need a coder to develop a coin price comparison search engine. I need to take completed coin auction listings from Ebay and compare with various dealer websites. The data can be obtained from the Ebay developer section can get you the data fields to draw from for completed Ebay coin auctions. I need the following date fields: 1.) Date of the coin “1877?? 2.) Type of coin denominaton: 1c, 5c, 10c, 25c, 50c, $1.00, $2.5, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00 3.) Coin Grading Services: "PCGS", "NGC", or "ANACS" 4.) Grade or Condition of the coin (1-70) Example: G6 is (good 6) F12 (Fine 12) AU58 (almost uncirculated 58) MS63 (Mint State 63) 5.) Negative info. Negative fields to not include in the search: Example Corroded, cleaned, filled rim. 6.) Positive Info to include in search: blast white, toned, CAC certified. 7.) The price the coin sold for on Ebay. The Ebay completed auction criteria above needs to be compared to multiple websites of coin dealers on the web against their respective inventories for coins that are at least 15% below the selling price on Ebay.
