CSS changes to Drupal Template

Hi there, We are in the process of migrating our site to a Drupal template. The one open issue is the CSS files which need a designer and CSS coder to do some work on it. Since we are in a rush to launch the new web site we prefer doing this asap without delay. Bidders must have a solid reputation and be able to deliver quickly. You can see the draft of our site on: <[login to view URL]> and get access to the CSS via Firefox. As you can see the CSS needs some touches. Requirements: 1. Retain Collanos color scheme, namely orange and some light blue. 2. Keep the site clean and white as much as possible. Something similar to [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2]. 3. Support IE and Firefox for all the most recent versions 4. Needs to have adjusting screens based on screen display settings. 5. Maintain this structure on all CSS files. 6. The Forum (linked thorugh one of our tabs) is SMF ([login to view URL] forums). Open to suggestions on how to design this but keep in mind that when they do updates to their software this may impact any changes you do. Not a critical requirement. How long should this take and at what price? We also want to establish a longer term relationship with a design firm and hope this can be the first step towards this.
