I have a web site which has a very old look and feel. I designed it myself and I am color-blind and fashion-blind. It is, well, ugly. I want it to look pretty, like these somewhat competing web sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The design should use CSS and SHTML. The design should not use tables or any Microsoft-specific technologies. I will maintain the design using `vi`. Therefore, no designs which require a proprietary HTML editor to maintain will be considered. My current design results in a very good AdSense CTR and I am very serious about maintaining that CTR with the new design. This is not complex and I can tell you how to do this. The current back-end uses flat files with .shtml extensions and does not use a database. Designs which require the pages to be stored in a database will only be considered if the page filenames can remain unchanged.
