CRM Project in PHP with MySQL

Dear Developer, I have a CRM project already developed in PHP using MySQL. The original developer was not hired on RentACoder, however, the work was well done. Some bugs do exist, however, new features are needed. Because this job is to take-over a project without an understanding of the current status of the project, there will be no performance requirement for this job. I'm looking for the highest ranking rentacoder (<1000) to accept this job, which is $500 for 2 weeks of work. If the work is exceptional, this project will turn into a monthly job for $1000 per month. This will be your incentive to perform well. However, you are assured that if I choose you as the developer, based upon your 1) rating; and 2) PHP & MySQL experience, you are gauranteed the $500 in two weeks time. I am looking for a rentacoder worthy to provide 20-hours per week of development for $1000 per month on a long-term basis. When submitting your response to this bid request, it is imperative that your first line of your response be "I read your bid request in entirety." This will help me to eliminate developers who carelessly bid. Secondly, because this project will be to support the ministry of my religious affiliation, please indicate if you have a religious preference (Buddhist, Christian or Catholic, Muslim, or other).
