**_CONTAINER DIRECT ORDERING SYSTEM_**

Microsoft Access based order entry program that requires a login with email address and password, and the ability to restrict access to certain columns. These protected columns must be assignable through an admin area. The columns will come from an Excell spreadsheet that will be supplied.

_REPORTS_

Once an order is completed, the following reports must be generated automatically based upon above data.

Ordering Reports

1) Excel spreadsheet listing columns that have been chosen by clicking on columns

2) An individual Separate Product Spec Sheet for each product ordered containing data from Shipping Reports

Once the quantity shipped is filled in, the following click able reports need to be listed with each order.

1) Bill of Lading

2) Packing slip

3) Request for space on ship form

4) Request for a Certificate of Origin or Export Statement of origin

Invoicing Reports

once the bill of lading is produced, it needs to be emailed to selected people to prepare:

1) Compress Reports & email to click able list

_Admin Area_

The administration area needs to be password protected and allow for the updating of all data like cost, wholesale, etc.

Examples of reports and forms can be emailed to bidders email address.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
