I require a full CMS system that allows E Commerce Content Management as well. The system must allow products to be added in local and international databases as well. For example I have a site that needs to sell cigars in Australia in AUD dollars and and they also sell cigars in the United States so the CMS must be able to handle dual currency. The site must also allow a featured product to be displayed in various currencies as well example if you are shopping for cigars in the Australian section then you will see a featured product an displayed in AUD and if it is in the US section it will displayed in USD. The system must also allow for TAX inclussions like GST and VAT tax depending on currency and area selected. The system must also be search engine friendly ideally it should publish the pages as HTML pages not ? extensions. The CMS must allow the user to add a seperate Title, Keywords and description to the page the user feels fit. Other features that are needed will be a newsletter subscription area, an area where the user can develop or upload their newsletters and then send then to a selected database of email recipients or to all. If the system can monitor traffic and stats this would be an advantage. If you feel that you have GOT the right CMS then we will review it, and can buy directly with source codes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform linux
