CMS Package

I need a very simple CMS package put together that meets the following needs. 1. It must be fully tested. I need to be able to install it myself, as it will be installed on 2 servers. 2. It should have one large header image with navigation at the side (a lot of Mambo/ Joomla templates use this layout). There is no real need to have any other images in the layout, although it's ok if you have a few. The rest of the layout can be controlled by filling in the table cells or via CSS etc. I leave that up to you to be creative with design. 3. Easy to add basic HTML content pages. If using Mambo or Joomla, you might need to rename the links so that the site does not look or operate like a blog. I just want to call a page a particular name and see it in the navigation after it's been created. Each page must have a Page Title Heading (text) and the facility to add text, links, images etc maybe using TinyMCE or some other HTML editor. If a page is created, I want to be able to publish or unpublish to the site. This is in case I want to remove a page from the site without deleting it. 4. Photo Gallery. The site must have a photo gallery. You can add any Gallery script you think will work, although I have used [Alex Soulard][1] and I have liked it because it is quite simple to install and integrate within HTML. Those are the essential pages. All other pages can be created as they are needed. It is important that the site is easy to use, as it will be used by many different people with different abilities. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP, CMS, MySQL
