Bind Our PHP Scripts To A Domain Name

What we need plain and simple is a way to take our existing PHP scripts, and maybe have a coder add some code to them or something so that we can bind the script to the client's domain name. We need it to be setup so that if they try to install the script on another website it will show them some sort of message saying they must contact us to purchase the script first. Naturally, we will need a way to produce "serial numbers" of some sort to allow the client to use the scripts once they purchase them. The serial numbers should be created using an Admin back-end that you will create for us, that we install on our server. The serial number needs to "bind" to the particular domain name where the client is installing the script, so if they install the script on another domain with the same serial number it gives them a message saying they need to contact us to purchase the script for that domain. I have seen some amazing work done by coders on this site, and I think this job should be easy for a PHP coder that knows what they are doing!
## Deliverables
1) The solution needs to be setup so that we can simply add a file to new scripts we create and it will respond as we need it to. We do realize that something this simple may be able to be circumvented, and if you think that is the case, then you can setup the solution so that it only works with the scripts we will provide in this bid request if it will be a more secure solution. Also, the solution needs to be setup so that if we sell the client an "unlimited" domain license, they can install it on any domain they want. However, in order to check and see if they are installing it only where they should, the solution should send us an e-mail whenever the script is installed giving us the e-mail address (the client will have to use the same e-mail address whenever they install the script on one of their websites that they have an unlimited license for), and if the e-mail address used does not match our database of unlimited domain client e-mail addresses, the script should fail to install, telling the client to verify the e-mail address that they purchased with, or verify their serial number. The scripts include a Survey Script, a Reciprocal Link Management Script, a News Feeds/RSS Script, and a Website Hits Script. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
