Back-end and installation of site

Need a developer to code a wordpress back-end and patch it together with the PSD files. **Client side** 1. Registration/login/logout/<wbr />profile 2. View Articles, Post comments, Rate articles 3. View Plants, Post comments, Rate plants 4. Forum (current at [login to view URL]) 5. Vote on Polls (only one poll at a time) but possibility to see result before voting **Admin side** 1. Manage users 2. Create/Delete/Update Article Categories 3. Create/Delete/Update Articles 4. Create/Delete/Update Plants Categories 5. Create/Delete/Update Plants 6. Ability to Delete comments to Article and Plans. 7. Create/delete/update/view results Polls 8. Translation part, where I can translate the same content into the following laungages: Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, German, English, French, Spanish - translation done manually, but for all content ## Deliverables Only small stuff need to be made (login screen and my page) I have attached the website view (will send the PSD files once provider is found).
