Automated payment and ordering process(repost)

I recently purchased shop-script premium an open souce shopping cart. I would like to automate the payment and ordering processes. Specifically, I want to verify that funds have been credited to paypal. If this is true I would like the order status updated and a copy of the generated invoice emailed to the correct distributor and the customer. So it needs to create a separate invoice for each supplier and one compiled invoice for the customer. Also, there needs to be a way to indicate which supplier to purchase certain items from. This can probably be done by adding a field into the product information page template file. Last I would like to automate/semi-automate the tracking of packages either by being able to enter tracking numbers into the backend manualy or by connecting to the supplier and filling the field and after the tracking numbers are enterd an e-mail needs to be sent to the customer and the tracking number should be displayed in their "My Account section" which should link directly to the UPS or FedEx tracking sites. I would like all of these features to created as modules. "Payment verification', 'Supplier list', and 'Shipment tracking'. Last, There is a "free shipping" checkbox that can be checked on the product information pages used to create new products. I noticewhen it is checked it shades out all shipping methods during checkout but I only want it to shade out the ground method. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
