Automated Speech Text Generator

Software packages for creation of speeches: This project calls for the creation of two pieces of software to be used by laypeople to create speech text documents. The coder is to provide working software available to use online and potentially as a stand alone desktop program. The text copy utilized may be included as part of the bid or the coder can indicate a second bid with the text to be used provided by a third party. All software that you develop must be original, marketable and publishable by me with no fear of infringing on anyone's copyright. I will provide examples of each of the pieces of software to be developmed. Software and copy that is borrowed, copied or compiled from other sources will not be accepted. Please, no copy and paste material. Upon completion and delivery, all copyright and ownership interests shall pass to me or my designee. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). You represent and warrant that the work you create or prepare will be original, will not infringe upon the rights of any third party, and will not have been previously assigned, licensed or otherwise encumbered.
