I need an IVR application to provide a Tarot - call center [login to view URL] calls are incoming......what kind of hardware would you need to make this work?it will connect using a E1 to the PSTN and VoIP to the agents it should use Asterisk and the final language would be spanish (i think it should not a problem) budget is US$500
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

finally yesterday they confirm only e1 can be used to connect to the PSTN. For the agents side, all of them should use VoIP (By PC or phone) I should be able to install the hardware and have everything ready for your remote access, but ia have the following question 1) what would you need to access remotely 2) What OS should be installed (linux?some version?what asterisk version? 3) to connect to PSTN i need 1 PRI card i assume, but for the IP side...do i need another card? what type of card?
