Art Gallery Website with e-commerce capability

I am looking to set up an art gallery website to showcase artwork from various artists. The site will need e-commerce functionality to allow people to instantly order art pieces. Main Functions Database driven gallery, each images is to belong to a number of categories, e.g artist name, colour, type (landscapes, city scapes, animals, flowers etc) with the ability to control the order in which the pictures are displayed. I would like someone to be able to select the artist and see all their work displayed or select a category like flowers and see all the work that has been classified as flowers. Functionality to order the product using an off the shelf shopping cart software e.g. oscommerce, x-cart, etc that has membership details, order history etc There is a need for some static pages with simple contact details, about us, FAQ'a shipping info etc. I also provide a custom order service, by this I mean people can have their own images created into artwork. For this I require a dynamic order form that captures their personal details and guides them through a series of questions which allow them to complete the order, as they go through each option i would like the price to be displayed (like Dells customise & buy function for PC's), e.g. I would like them to select the width & height from a drop down list, this gives the base price, then they can have different things done to the image which all have a cost, frmaed, un framed, converting to B&W, etc. Additionaly I need the functionality for them to upload their digital files to a database. If they are sending the images I would liek them to be able to submit the form and then taken to a printer friendly page to print it to send with the image. Also I would like an auto email confirming the order and what is in the order. I hope all this is clear, if not email me for more information ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. All code needs to run independant of the server e.g. forms and mail scripts so that it can be uploaded to most ISP's without the need for server side coding to be installed b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I don't mind what database is used, mysql, access as long a clear ERD is provided and a method to update the database either via Access or a userfirendly gui. I don't mind if the scripting is asp or php. Ideally I would like the site to run on windows 2003 server and the ability to update the pages via Dreamweaver. I will be using worldpay as the payment gateway and will need to be able to link with their systems.
