Application Lockout Tool for MAC OSX

I need to develop a small Mac OS X program that will lock out certain certain applications and not allow access to them for a given period of time. Here is what I am envisioning: 1 - Click on lockout tool in Mac OS X dock 2 - GUI shows up and lists all available applications on my Mac 3 - I select the ones I want to lock out and the duration for the lock out 4 - Applications get locked out and when I click on them nothing happens 5 - The only way to access the application that has been locked out within the time period would be to do a hard reset 6 - Restarting the computer - resets the LockOut application as well * I am sure there is something in apple script that could be put together - I don't want a fancy gui - just a simple list of applications and the associated lock-out time. Should not be too resource heavy * If this works - I would be happy to release this under GPL - with full credit to you of course! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Mac OS X
