Alter Small PHP script/Integrate w/phpbb

I have a small, working php script, that when filled out sends the information to 3 (static) email addresses. What I would like is this: 1) Clean up my script and it's display a little, it looks ... lopsided :) 2) I want the same information that is emailed to the users to also at the same time to post to a specific forum on a phpbb that is hosted on the same site as the script. The script itself is 14k in length and asks a total of 12 questions. Please note, I'll assist as much as I can, also, i can provide full ftp access to the server these are hosted on. I've included the script as an attachment, but without the email addresses included (they've been replaced by 'zzzzzzzzzz') ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working script. 2) Any installation instructions that are more difficult than just ftping the files to the server. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
