Affiliate Script plus Linkpoint Integration ASAP!

Time is of essence in this. We'll probably make a decision after few bids. We have a product we need to start selling. What we lack is a) processing script to process cc orders and b) affiliate script to keep tabs on our affiliates. **Processing Script** Each affiliate will have his own website. But there will be a single order form which ONLY we will host. Affiliates will be given the order form url...something like http://domain/[login to view URL] When a customer clicks on that link, he will see the order form. Assuming the consumer goes through with the order, the processing script, when the user clicks "Order" button, should kick in. It should interact in background with linkpoint using linkpoint's API and process the order. If there is an error in processing the order, the user should be returned to the order form again. **Affiliate Script** This should be very simple. Basically what I need is a place for affiliates to track how many orders/visits they have. Visits We will calculate visits by providing the affiliate an "img url" such as [login to view URL] When that url is called, the affiliate's user visit count will increase by one. Orders This will be tracked right after the user submits the order. The order processing script in addition to processing the order(as described above) should **increase the sales count for that affiliate by one.** Affiliates should be able to login and check their stats. A simple admin section will be very helpful where a new affiliate can be created and provided the ORDER link and the VISIT tracking link(both as discussed above) I think this is a fairly clear explanation of our needs.
