MS Access table contains records where a combination of field values would create a "unique" key identifying a cluster of records in the table belonging together. An Update query or other method should update records that belong to the same cluster (same field values) with a "cluster key", i.e. a key not unique in the table, but a value that is common for records belonging together. Though it may sound simple, you'll likely need more than one query (or use VBA) to get the results. If you're interested, field descriptions and sample table will be posted.
