Access Database change

Please see attached access database, I am looking for a professional DBA that can take that database and fully modify it for food delivery business… the idea of the database should stay the same I would like to modify it so it will make sense for food delivery business... also the interface should be changed since I would like to be able to use it on a touch screen monitor. I want to preserve the idea of customers view and that each customer has its own entry so that when customers call we can see orders that were placed in the past. Also it is extremely important that search function will be added that will look for Phone numbers of the customer. If phone number is in the database it will open record if phone number does not exist it will open new record. The reports will need to be modified and cleaned to appropriately fit food business delivery. As I have mentioned before the main screen and all other screens on the database should be build with touch screen in mind. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
