add 3 features to the given grid component (TUR 2006-1-5)

we need to add some features to the given grid component. The following features should be added: 1. TColumnTitle should have a Color:TColor property. This property decides the background color of the column title 2. the whole grid should have a Title:TColumnTitle property. The effect should be what appears in B2 of the enclosed Excel sheet file. When [login to view URL] is empty, the grid title is not drawn at all. The effect should be the same as when deleting row 2 3. TColumn should have 2 captions: Caption1 Caption2 when N near columns have the same Caption1 value, they should be united as in E3, E4 All the code must be written in Delphi v. 5 ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
