A Delphi programmer here in the UK has been creating a competative product to LiveHelp which is an on-line help and support package for generating business from people visiting your site and either requesting immediate on-line help or from the sites owner or agent offering help, advice and support to the site visitor. Unfortunately, he has had to go off to University now and the product has some problems although it is ostensibly finished. This is not going to be an easy project to quote, since debugging someone elses software is never easy. Therefore I suggest that once you have seen the code, and derived the functions from the various completed customer and Agent screens (All of which are completed) that you quote as if developing the 2 way chat applications etc. as if from scratch. Once I am sure that you have the interest and capability to complete this project, I will give you a URL from whence you can download a Zip file of all modules, application screens etc and you can submit a quote and we can take it from there.
