Custom Data Import Tool

I am in the process of building a vacation rental website. The current CMS is wordpress, however, I am not opposed to developing a custom CMS or using a different one. One of the unique features my site will offer is the ability to import your listing from another website. This will actually be the only way for members to join, they must already subscribe to a vacation rental site and have an active listing. I am looking for someone to build the listing import tool. This will allow a member to choose the site they are listed on (eg: [login to view URL]) enter their listing number (eg: 118894) then our site will scrape all of the data from [login to view URL] and populate the listing on our site. The member will then have the ability to edit certain fields and save their listing. This is the first of multiple projects I will need bilt for this site.
