Convert pdf to csv - manually

There is a bunch of attached files, which needs to be converted from pdf into csv, separated by "" and Tab, ended by carriage return, - no commas, please. Watch _very_ closely, that you get the data formatted right. You need not watch the fonts or layout. Only the raw data, first the headlines, second the columns need to be extracted. Everything is in German, but this should not matter. You will have to extract and delete a few advertising sentences, addresses etc. manually. Now open the attachment to understand the following lines.
