Design Web 2.0 Complete Site(repost)

Web 2.0 Community Site Design and Proposal. You will need to propose each feature, and design from the ground up the entire website. The basis of the website, is to discover new creative writing talent. Your proposal should encourage users to publish short stories to the website.
