Classifieds Script Projects Specs and Requirements

I am looking for Classifieds Script Project requirements and specs document along with member features and admin features in detail. I need this document for one of the project I will posting here. All teh feature must be sperated by section so the programmer can code them as sperate class modules. Ability to enable and disable any features in config sections.. script should use AJAX features where ever possible. Please consider that while preparing requirements. login integreation featues should be included where admin can specify another user table and fields. Main Features.... 1. OOP model 2. Members registraion and levels of memberships 3. Admin - Should include features for easy navigation and customization. 4. custom fields depending on the type of ads. for example, a configuration area to define type of listing groups and the detail page custom feilds... for employemnt fields would be different compared to real eastate type ads. 5. search functionality 6. category levesl and sef urls's to support multi category , multi country and states or places... You must do your own reasearch to combine and document the features in detail so that developer will not have any confusion. Mock up screen shot necessary and flowcahrts should be included. This is not coding project and only project requirements project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform project requirements
