BLP QA

The BLP is 400-item questionnaire; and report. I need it translated into a) Italian. I also need a second quote for b) Portuguese. There are 44 pages (10000 words) in a Word document. There are two side-by-side columns per page. One column has the copy English version. The other column is blank and ready for the translation to be inserted. The translator doesn't need a business background but needs some degree of common sense. I do not need coding but translator should accurately include the mathematical numbers. I just need a Word document translated. I would also request people to introduce yourself and request the document first. I am happy to send docment for your perusal. ## Deliverables 1) Complete, accurate and fully-functional translation. 2) Deliverables must be supplied in a Word document; translator especially MUST pay close attention to the section that contains mathematical codes (i.e., <, >, = signs). 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Most people will run this on a PC in Word or Excel.
