What I need done: I need 50 emails/articles written on the events industry in the UK. As a venue, we want to keep in touch with our list and to remind people we are there so they remember us before booking with anyone else. We want to make the emails/articles informational but references back to our unique selling points and here's a list of some of the article titles we want to put out: Getting more for your client's money, Get more commission - you deserve it, How to Get your Commission quickly from Venues, How to get more venues on board efficiently, How to get more corporate clients efficiently, How to increase your success and close more deals (getting your clients to close), How to get a customer who's decided to go elsewhere to change their mind and choose your quote. They should each be approximately 500 words in length. It would be good if you can suggest more titles based on your research of problems that need an answer, but we would be giving more suggestions anyway.

ALSO EACH ARTICLE REQUIRES A HTML (DREAMWEAVER ETC) PAGE WITH THE ARTICLE ON IT JUST IN CASE PEOPLE CAN'T READ THE HTML IN THEIR EMAIL Here's a good example of an email: _________________________________________________ MTD Sales Training International MTD Sales Tips [login to view URL] From: Sean McPheat To: Abbi Date: Thursday, September 27, 2007 Subject: The 10 Commandments Of Continuous Improvement _________________________________________________ Do you know anyone who would benefit from these sales tips and strategies? Please give this email to a colleague or friend and they can sign up on the link below. Thanks. [login to view URL] _________________________________________________ Hi Abbi, I hope you are doing well and have closed some more deals since the last time? As a sales person it is your job to "make things happen" It is your responsibility to drive the company forward with more sales and fresh ideas to make it a better, more profitable place to work. At MTD we are no different! The internal quality initiatives and continuous improvement programmes that we have in place will always ensure that we remain ahead of all of our rivals in the sales training industry. It's a commitment to excellence that I have always promoted. The acid test question that I ask all of my trainers, consultants and admin staff is this: "If MTD was your own company, would you be doing what you are doing?" I get all of my staff to think like entrepreneurs and I empower them to make decisions. I ask them to question what they are doing and how they are doing it. What could we make better? Where can we add value? How can we surprise our clients? What something "extra" can we include at no additional cost? I like to question everything that we do to keep us sharp and you should do the same with the way that you sell and your sales team as a whole. You cannot just flip it on or off when you feel like it though! It needs to be a team philosophy and "way of working" so it becomes habitual behaviour. We have a lot of fun I can tell you! And some of the things we try simply do not work. I have no problem with that whatsoever! "The person who does not make any mistakes doesn't really do anything" That's my motto and a plaque sites proudly on on my desk with it on! So, with that said here are The 10 Commandments Of Continuous Improvement. Please use them on your own or with your sales team. 1 Abandon fixed ideas 2 Think of ways to make it possible 3 No excuses needed 4 Go for the simple solution, not the perfect one 5 Correct mistakes right away 6 Use your ideas, don't hide them away 7 Problems are opportunities 8 Repeat 'why am I doing this' five times with anything that you do 9 Seek ideas from many people 10 There is no end to improvement Stand out from the crowd of mediocrity and increase your sales! Happy selling! Thanks again Abbi Sean ** IMPROVE YOUR SALES PERFORMANCE ** Have you got any sales training requirements in mind?
