I require a good CFM Coldfusion programmer/business to build a database SQL windows CFM web application and project manage the development of the application through to completion. Summary: See attached PDF for details What we requires is a content management system to cater for the attached requirements and features. The website design will not be required. The pages under the headings Password Retrieval, Features Explained and Database Accountabilities indicate the elements of the website project where a cost analysis is required. Style sheets, design, artwork ect will not be required to be costed. Further specific details can be provided at your request to aid costing. Artwork or graphic templates can be provided to guide your development. Sample data can also be provided. The site will be hosted on a Cold Fusion server Version 6. Access to this server will be granted to aid development. This includes FTP access. Data sources can also be set up. Please email or ICQ 59116008 if you require furthur information: ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
