Cakephp Web app: migrate and tweak

Hello,

I need to migrate and have some final tweaks made for an almost-ready Web service.

It's built with CakePHP.

The service captures content changes on Web pages and sends an email with changes found at specified times, as pure text, with links intact. It’s an alternative to feed readers. Its main point of distinction is that it combines the entirety of changes found on multiple pages into a single email, and formats everything as pure text, for quick scanning of the information.

Specifically the system needs to:

• Be migrated from [url removed, login to view] to a linode.com.

• Have its code optimized to fix memory leakage. The system currently slows down after just a few days of usage, requiring a restart eventually. It needs to become stable to support multiple users without slowing down just after a few days. This is probably going to be your main coding challenge.

• Have a minor glitch fixed (the system reporting a timeout when fetching a particular URL).
