Distinctive WordPress Theme - Bespoke Design

We require a fully bespoke theme to apply to a new WordPress based website. Please note we are using WordPress as the CMS, it's a website not a blog. We are running Version 2.9.2 so your theme will have to be fully compatible with this and be to W3C standards. We are not looking for just any old WordPress design here, we're prepared to pay a premium price for a premium design. We're talking customised buttons and bespoke illustrations if necessary. The website we are replacing is here [login to view URL] The current website is not good enough to fit our purpose. The purpose of the new website will be 2 fold: 1. To inform the website visitor in a very clear, quick and concise way, what the Fat Trap product is and what is does 2. To direct and persuade the visitor to place an online order The design needs to be high impact and very distinctive to make an impression on the visitor. The product we are marketing cleans up cooking oil and fat so the design needs to reflect the clean, shiny theme we are going for. We can discuss specific layout in detail to the winning bidder but we'll be using a horizontal main menu across the top, large area for image on the home page (like [login to view URL]) and then an inside page design without the large image at the top, just a content area. The website isn't going to have that much content, maybe 5 pages so the design needs to make up for that so it doesn't look bare and empty. Remember we want to make an impact on our website visitors so a bold design and some good custom graphics is what we are looking for. We may choose multiple winning bidders to create concept drafts for which we'll pay $100 each, then the overall winner will get the remaining funds as a bonus. It's likely that the work you put in creating the concept draft is worth more than $100 but that's the risk. You need to be confident in your design in order to be the final winner and receive the larger payment to make up for it. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source files of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. ## Platform WordPress 2.9.2
